Definitions

The use of “we”, “our”, “us” or “LFH” refer to Labels for hire (ABN 2511 879 0525) and the use of “you” and “your” refer to all users of this website www.labelsforhire.com.au

This is a Legally Binding Contract between you as the end user and Labels for hire.

Terms of Use

The Terms of Use are deemed a binding legal contract between you and Labels for hire. If you are browsing or a customer of Labels for hire, the terms of Use set out are applied.

The Terms and Use are applicable and effective at any time and are published on the website. If you do not agree with the terms of use specified on www.labelsforhire.com.au, do not access, utilize or submit information whether private or general to this Website. Labels for hire is not obliged to notify you of changes or modifications made to the Terms of Use.

The onus of responsibility falls on you to check. If you do not agree to any changes made, you should refrain from using the website. In conjunction to the Terms of Use set out on this website, the same conditions apply to any offerings or incentives made or promoted on the website. You must comply with them in conjunction to these Terms of Use.

This agreement specifies all the terms and conditions concerning your rental of products from Labels for hire via the website www.labelsforhire.com.au

All the terms and conditions of use and privacy policy which is set out on our website is agreed to. You agree that you are renting products only unless specified otherwise and the ownership of all rental products always remains with Labels for hire at any given time.

Delivery details

Labels for hire standard delivery method is Australia Post express. The option of same day parcel delivery (Courier Post) is only provided as an option and is not the standard method of delivery. Your delivery can be delivered to you up to 6:00pm on the requested day of delivery or earlier. You must ensure a timely order as we are not reliable for late delivery and refunds will not be made if the dress is not delivered on time due to such.

It is your responsibility to be available for the delivery of your item/s or collection of your item when you are not available. If you are not available to sign off for your parcel it will be dropped off to your nearest Post Office for you to collect. The rental period starts from the first attempt of delivery by the courier and credits will not be issued for late delivery in events where you have not been available to accept delivery.

Returns and Cancellations

In the event your dress/es are not a perfect fit simply send it back within 24 hours with all tags attached and intact for a credit note less delivery. You must contact us as soon as you receive your delivery and realise it’s not the right fit. Credits will only be issued if the item is unworn. Labels for hire can professionally determine whether a dress has been ‘tried on’ and ‘fully worn’. All hire fees are non-refundable. Credits will be issued to cancellations who have provided us with one week or more notice. In such events, we are happy to issue you with a credit note which is valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits will not be issued if you choose to not wear the dress or if the event is cancelled and the notice specified is not given.

Payment Terms

The prices listed on www.labelsforhire.com.auis the current price for Labels for hire products and shipping fees. We reserve the right to change the price in the event of a difference to a User’s requirement or if a promotion is running site wide. Payment may be made via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, After Pay, PayPal and Cash in store. Payment charges will be made as soon as you confirm your order. In the event you have not fulfilled your commitment to us set out by the rental agreement and policies set out on our website, you have given us permission to charge your payment method 200% of the original retail value of the product listed on the Labels for hire website.

Dry cleaning policy

All dry cleaning services are taken care of by Labels for hire. Under no circumstances are you to dry clean it yourself or take it to a third party to do so. If this policy is ignored and damages have occurred fees will be applied accordingly to restore the dress to its original condition. We ensure the highest standard of hygiene amongst all our designer dresses. Labels for hire will not be held liable for any health-related matters related with a rental product from our site.

Late Fees

You agree to return your product on the order return date or next business day by 4pm using the prepaid return satchel provided. Where the dress has not been returned to Labels for hire by the Rental Return date then we are permitted to charge additional hire fees until the dress is returned to Labels for hire. A late fee of $30/day will be applied and charged through the payment method you have provided. If the user has not returned the rental item/s within 15 days after the return date, Labels for hire will classify the rental item as a non-return and will charge the user’s payment of method 200% of the recommended retail value listed on our website less the late fees the user has already paid. The rental fee will not be subtracted. If you lose your return package slip that’s provided, it is your responsibility to return the product to Labels for hire at your own expense and provide tracking number details to Labels for hire. Labels for hire will not be held liable for products which are lost or late in transit due to your chosen method of shipping. The onus of responsibility will always remain with you in this event.

Damages

If damages incurred are greater than the insurance coverage, you will be charged the difference. Your insurance does not cover permanent and irreparable damage. Accidental damages include small stains, stuck zips, missing buttons and small repairable tears. If these damages have occurred but cost more than the $60 insurance coverage you will be charged to pay the difference. If the dress gets lost, stolen or damaged beyond repair, you will be liable to pay for the retail price of the dress that is listed on our website and will be charged through the payment method you have provided.

Other

Labels for hire reserve the right to exclude individuals from our hiring service who have breached this binding contract. If amounts owed to us are not payed we will pass on the invoices to a collection company who will follow you up for collections, including without restrictions legal and collection fees.

Email and Promotions

The email you have registered will be used to send you updates on promotions and email marketing on occasion. Rest assured we will not pass on any of your details including your email addresses to any third parties.
